Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Leashé & Collr. Every accessory is handcrafted with care, using genuine vegetable-tanned leather and solid brass hardware. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

As each Leashé & Collr piece is made in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — every order is quality-checked before shipping.

2. Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or Shiprocket.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
Express Shipping: Available in select cities; charges may apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All international orders are shipped via registered carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their local authorities. Leashé & Collr has no control over these charges.

4. Shipping Fees

Domestic Orders: Complimentary standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.
Orders Below ₹1500: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select orders within India with an additional fee of ₹60.
International Orders: Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account or by clicking “Track Order” in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues. Leashé & Collr is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier partner.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the courier cannot complete the delivery due to customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched with tracking. However, in the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at hello@leashecollr.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products may be available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Estimated dispatch timelines for such items will be mentioned on the product page. These timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on production schedules.

10. Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before processing begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@leashecollr.com.
