Refund policy

Effective Date: 10 November, 2025

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers (“You”, “Your”) may request a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased from Leashé & Collr (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), a handcrafted pet accessory brand.

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect; or
  • An incorrect item or size was delivered by us.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, brand seal, and protective wrapping intact and unbroken.
  • The return request must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery.

Once the protective wrap or brand seal is removed, the item shall be deemed accepted and will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To initiate a return, please email hello@leashecollr.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • Reason for return; and
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Return Process

Upon receipt of your request, our team will review the case within a reasonable timeframe. If the return is approved, we will:

  • Arrange a return pickup, or
  • Provide further instructions for secure shipment.

Returned products will undergo quality inspection upon arrival at our studio. Approval of the return is subject to the outcome of this inspection.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved following inspection, one of the following remedies will be issued at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product; or
  • Store credit, valid for future purchases within six (6) months.

Please note:

  • Monetary refunds are not provided for non-defective or correctly delivered items.
  • Refunds or store credits will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after confirmation of approval.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Customized, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized products.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Products with broken or removed protective seals.
  • Sale, discounted, or final clearance products.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Minor variations in leather grain, color, or brass tone are inherent to natural materials and do not qualify as defects.


5. Exchanges

If the incorrect size was ordered, customers may request an exchange within three (3) days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product remains unused and sealed in its original packaging; and
  • The requested replacement is in stock.

To initiate an exchange, please contact hello@leashecollr.com. Once approved, we will arrange the pickup and process your exchange after successful inspection.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by emailing hello@leashecollr.com with photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost. Failure to notify us within the stated time frame may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Liability

Leashé & Collr reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for return, exchange, or refund based on the evidence provided and the condition of the returned item.

We shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused during return transit if items are not packaged and shipped as per our instructions.


8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
