Each Leashé & Collr. accessory is handcrafted with care using genuine, vegetable-tanned leather and solid brass hardware.
Small variations in color or texture are natural and reflect the beauty of artisan-made pieces.

To keep things simple and transparent, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

💌 Returns

We accept returns only in the case of:

• manufacturing defects

• wrong items received

• incorrect sizes received

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, unsoiled, and in original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Email us at hello@leashecollr.com with your order number and issue.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and handle the rest.

We do not accept returns for:

• size-related concerns (exchanges only)

• change of preference

• normal wear and tear

⚠️ Once the protective plastic wrap is removed or the seal is broken, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange an item:

• Email hello@leashecollr.com  within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and with the protective seal intact.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and ship the replacement.

Exchanges are available for:

• size changes

• color changes

• product-to-product exchanges within the same price range

⚠️ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🧾 Refunds

Once approved, store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

• size issues

• preference changes

• used or damaged items

Store credit expires within 6 months and can be used for any future purchase.

We treat every return and exchange with the same care and respect as the pieces we handcraft for your best friend.
