Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Delhi, India.

For now, our collars travel within India.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.
Once it’s dispatched, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

What are your collars and leashes made of?
Each piece is crafted from genuine, vegetable-tanned leather and finished with solid brass hardware — durable, safe, and timeless.
Is the leather safe for dogs?
Yes - Our vegetable-tanned leather is naturally processed and chemical-free, making it gentle on skin and fur.
Do collars soften with use?
They do — leather naturally becomes softer and more supple over time, forming a perfect fit for your dog.
Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every item is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans — ensuring no two pieces are ever identical.
📏 SIZING & FIT
How do I find the right size?
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it gently around your dog’s neck, where the collar naturally rests.
Make sure you can fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem — we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and the protective wrap is intact.

We accept returns in case of manufacturing defects, wrong items, or incorrect sizes received.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
